My most recent update was on Ezekiel 38 and it was specifically on Israel and Saudi Arabia brokering peace. Saudi Arabia is Sheba and Dedan, as mentioned in Ezekiel 38:13.

I never in my wildest dreams thought I’d be updating this blog so quickly but just a few days later something else interesting happened.

Another Piece Falls In Place

Ezekiel 38 lists the military alliances that will invade Israel to “take a spoil” and the invasion forces are defeated by none other than God himself. The army is from the “North” and Gog is clearly Russia.

A study of the Biblical country names and regions is very specific.

On September 28, 2023, Vladimir Putin met with Sudan President Salva Kiir and then in another meeting met with Libyan Military strongman Khalifa Haftar. All three of those countries are mentioned prominently in the prophecy.

Note that I am not saying Putin is definitely Magog or Kiir and Haftar are all in here……….but I am saying that you’re clearly watching the set up to this prophecy unfold before your eyes. Military alliances predicted over 2500 years ago are forming right before your eyes.

In previous days Israel claims it is meeting with 7 Arab countries to broker a peace deal. One of the key components of Ezekiel 38 is that Israel is living in a state of safety. Verse 11:

¹¹ You will say, “I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars.

The Timeline

You got me there. I don’t know. And neither does anyone else.

But consider this. It is the year 2023 and all this is possible. Military alliances are being formed. Now ask yourself, “Was this possible in the recent past?”

It certainly wasn’t possible prior to 1947-48 when there WAS NO ISRAEL FOR THE LAST 2000 YEARS. It also certainly was not possible even in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s when the Soviet Union collapsed.

For 2000 years it simply isn’t possible. Then suddenly in the last 25 years it becomes “possible” but in the last couple of years suddenly all these alliances come together.

So will the war be this year, next year, 10 years from now, 50 years from now? I don’t know.

But diligent Christians should keep their eyes on this developing prophecy. It is happening right before our eyes. The news will tell you that Russia met with Sudan but they won’t tell you the Bible said that.
